Terms & Conditions

We provide residential and commercial pest control, including treatments for cockroaches, ants, termites, mosquitoes, rodents and other common pests. The scope of any treatment is described in the quote or service agreement provided to you before work begins.

All treatments are carried out by trained technicians using licensed, approved products applied in accordance with manufacturer guidance and local regulations.

Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary following an on-site inspection if the size, condition or level of infestation differs from the information supplied when the quote was requested.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, or if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a call-out fee may apply. Please let us know in advance of any pets, young children or medical sensitivities so we can plan the treatment safely.

Where a recurring or warrantied service is in place, if covered pests return between scheduled visits we will re-treat the affected area at no additional charge. The guarantee applies only to the pests and areas specified in your service agreement and assumes recommended preparation and aftercare instructions have been followed.

Payment is due on completion of the service unless a separate arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept cash and bank transfer. Recurring service plans are billed per visit or on the schedule set out in your agreement.

We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for damage arising from conditions not disclosed to us, or for loss resulting from failure to follow our preparation or aftercare advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We collect only the information needed to prepare your quote and deliver your service, such as your name, contact details and property address. We use it to contact you about your service and, where you have agreed, occasional reminders. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
